  		French Breakfast Muffins

 Victoria got a Ratatouille Cookbook for her birthday from the Flan Clan and has been itching to make Django's dirt cake, but I never have the ingredients.  Last night she was hinting again that she wanted to make something so we went through the pantry and realized that we had all the ingredients for French Breakfast Muffins.

   

Got my ingredients out

 

 Crack the egg

 
See, no shells!

 

 Measure out the flour

 
Baking Powder

 

 Nutmeg

 
Sugar

 

 Mix my wet ingredients

 
Everything is all mixed and ready for the muffin pan

 

 I used a cookie scoop so they come out the same size

 
Already for the oven

 

 Mmm I love the smell of nutmeg

 
All cooked now it is time to roll the tops in butter

 

 And Cinnamon & Sugar

 
Now they cool

 

 Mmm I give it a thumbs up!
